Delivery Times & dates

The Customer Service Team will be in touch by email/phone call to confirm the delivery date.

Your delivery options and charges will be calculated in the checkout, and are based on the delivery postcode and the products on the order. For specific delivery dates please contact Customer Services to confirm.

 

Standard Delivery

 1 man standard delivery to kerbside.

Customer receives pre alert of delivery date. Delivery to business or home address.

The standard delivery is a one man, kerbside delivery. The delivery drivers are unable to bring the items to your property. Please ensure someone is available to help the driver unload.

 

Premium Delivery

 

Customer receives pre alert of delivery date. Delivery to business or home address.

Our driver and helper will unload your new bathroom. The driver and helper will then take the items into a ground floor room of your choice at the delivery address.

If for any reason we dispatch orders quicker. We will notify you via email the night before delivery. 

IMPORTANT: It is an all day delivery (8am to 7pm) and we are unfortunately unable to supply you with a delivery time for this delivery. Please do not book your fitter for the date of kitchen delivery. The delivery can arrive at any time up until 7pm.

 

Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland: Sorry, we are not able to fulfil orders at these locations.
